The lady at the registier was clueless but upon insisting someone tell me she ask the cook.who just said "white fish" and seemed a bit evasive.so I pressed and ask if it was Swai or Basa.both bottom feeding catfish orginated mostly from the polluted waters of Southeast Asia and farm raised in some of the most polluted water in the world. on the market I inquired about what type of "white fish" was being used. Being a suspicious consumer and knowing that there are many undesireable, unhealthy types of fish. I recently visited Captain D's in Gastonia and upon entering noticed the menu had changed a bit and the prices of some of the fish dinners had actually gone down.
